The Power of Looking Ahead and Achieving Goals

Looking ahead can be difficult for some of us because what we may be experiencing right now could be an unpleasant situation. Some of us can find it difficult to look ahead because we still feel the disappointment of the not too recent past. But I have found, without a shadow of doubt, there is power in looking ahead.
Forward thinking or envisioning the future with hope has the ability, if we allow it, to pull us out of where we are and helps us to focus on where we would like to be.
Let's use for example the steps it takes to plan a vacation.
(These steps may vary from person to person and family to family)
1. You decide where you want to go.
2. You decide when you want to go and how long you will stay.
3. You then figure out the cost of getting there and what it will cost to stay for awhile.
4. You research to know what it is like there so you can pack properly
5. Maybe then you will pre-plan some of the things you will do while there.
6. Then as the days and months draw closer, you begin to imagine what it will be like for you when you get there.
Writing down a plan can also be used to look ahead toward your professional or personal life. Make the plan as plain as you possible can so it will not cause you any confusion or frustration when you revisit it.
The first step is to take the time to decide what you want your personal or professional life to look like. This step will consist of scheduling thinking time. This is the time you dream and meditate. This is the first and key step in your plan.
The second step is to count the cost. There is a price to pay for everything that we want in this world. There could be some financial cost because you may have to invest in yourself by gaining education. It is important to review the time and energy you will spend on your personal or professional journey.
The next step is to research. There may be others who have gone before you and you can look into to it to find valuable information. Your research can easily be done over the internet. One of the richest ways to find out what you need to know is gaining access to the person or persons themselves and asks for an interview.
After the research then you will have to make a plan of getting there yourself. This step will be your own personal map. The plan can be and should be flexible. You may have to decide on different ways to get to your goal because you may try something and it doesn't work. If or when that happens, there should already be a "Plan B" in place.
In order to achieve any goal, there is going to be a need to plan. The one key that should not be overlooked, nor left out is to have vision by exercising the power to look ahead.

Goals: Why Aren't You Meeting Yours?

We all know it is VERY important to not only set goals, but it's also important to talk about WHY some reach their goals and why others don't.
Now from what I've seen, people set goals but don't realize the amount of work it'll take to reach those goals. Many times, the goal you want to reach will force many changes in your life, and many of those changes will be big changes.
Lifestyle changes that not only affect you, but those around you!
For example: let's say you're trying to stop smoking. How hard would it be if on your work breaks everyone you sit and chat with are smoking?
What if you're trying to lose weight, but your spouse is NOT, and they still prefer to eat chips, cakes and cookies everyday before AND after dinner?
Are you on your feet or on the go all day? That type of hectic schedule can undermine your ability to eat small, balanced meals throughout the day.
It's these and other (not so small) details that can really determine if a person will reach their goals.
And while these and other roadblocks can slow a person down, they CAN be overcome!
Not everyone will see your goal or vision in the beginning. Some will even tell you that YOUR goal isn't very realistic or feasible.
Now please understand that not everyone who says this will have your best interests at heart. I mean hey, let's keep it real!
There are those close to you who may not want you to succeed. Why? Because YOUR success will make THEM look bad. YOUR success will force them to look at their OWN lives and realize they didn't live up to THEIR OWN potential.
Think about it: it's so much easier to blame the world for your shortcomings if you're surrounded by a bunch of underachievers.
It's easy to say life is against you if others around you have half heartedly tried and failed.
But here YOU come. Here u are with all this ambition and goals. You're messing everything up with all this positivity and ambition!
Now people will NEVER admit they feel this way, but trust me when I say it exists!
Then there are those who simply don't believe it can happen. They think the goals or dreams you have are reserved for other folks.
Who is "other" you ask? Who are the other folks? Those are the people who don't look like them, talk like them, or live where they live.
Jay Z is a perfect example of this. Jay Z grew up in the projects in Brooklyn. He sold drugs. When he started rapping, there were those around him that said he wouldn't succeed, and he wouldn't amount to anything.
Partly because of where he grew up. If you think about it, they were right: how many people from his hood became world famous?
Here's the kicker: they were looking at things from their own limited perspective. They were confined MENTALLY to their own limitations and doubts, and had no problem passing their views on to the next person.
And when the record labels slammed their doors in his face, they felt validated in what they were telling him.
So my point is to stay focused on YOUR goals. Jay did just that, and the rest is history! No one can see things exactly from your perspective, and it's also important to remember these goals are YOURS.
Now Aside from others sabotaging your goals, guess who else can sabotage your goals? The person who has the biggest influence on you can be the deciding factor between success and failure. Know who that person is?
It's YOU. The man in the mirror. YOU have the final say in what happens and how successful you are in your journey.
Think about it: if you REALLY want to do something, no one can stop you! Think back to when you were a kid and your mom told U not to do something. What happened? You did it anyway!
Now on the flip side: do you know anyone who had a lot of talent, and EVERYBODY said they had a great gift, but they ended up wasting it or throwing it away?
In both cases things went the way they did because their minds were made up! They decided they were going to do what THEY wanted to do, never mind what others said.
What it all comes down to us you and your belief in yourself. It's crucial you believe in yourself and know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you WILL reach your goal!
Now this brings me to another reason people fail. Many people will become discouraged and give up just when things start to get tough, or if things aren't going as smoothly as planned.
Many of us are afraid to get out of our COMFORT ZONES. We don't want to be put in a situation that forces us to rely on faith, or to work even HARDER than we'd like.
When Tyler Perry first started out, he was living in his car in 1992. Only 30 people showed up for his first play.
Talk about being out of your comfort zone! Talk about wanting to give up!
I can only imagine how many people told him to give up, or all the voices in his head that suggested he quit.
But he did NOT let that hurt and discomfort stop him from making his dreams come true.
Are you trying to lose weight? Trying to resist that intense craving for soda and sweets is taking you out of your comfort zone.
Are you training for your first 10k? The discomfort you feel at mile 4 that makes you want to stop NOW is your body getting out of its comfort zone.
It's pretty simple actually: whatever you're trying to accomplish, in order to take things to the next level, you'll experience levels of discomfort. You'll have to do something you've never done before, and it'll be a shock to the system, but eventually you'll get used to it!
Ever get in a pool and it's cold when you first get in it?
You start out by dipping your big toe in the water then jump back!
Maybe you'll sit on the side and let your legs dangle in the water for a couple minutes?
THEN, if you haven't been splashed, you might SLOWLY get in the water?
Now this whole episode could take 2 minutes or 20, depending on the person.
Or, they could just give up and call it a day!
This is a good example of a person out of their comfort zone and trying to adjust to the situation.
What's going on here is a person is getting COMFORTABLE with the cool water. They're not used to it and trying to deal.
This is just one example of a comfort zone we all can relate to. This example is physical. Others are more mental. If you tell yourself "this feeling is only temporary," you can withstand the discomfort long enough for your body to adapt.
Just like the water. It may take a minute or 2, but in time your body WILL adjust!
So my point here is when people try something new, they get upset or frazzled because they are put in a situation they aren't used to.
When going for a new goal, I can guarantee you that you WILL be taken out of your comfort zone. What is your specific comfort zone? I don't know, and there's a chance you won't know it either, until you reach your limit.
For me when riding my bike, I'm comfortable for about 3 hours. When I get over 3 hours on the bike I start to suffer. That's where MY mental toughness starts to come in, and I push myself to keep going!
The same principle applies to you, when you're out of your comfort zone.
This is where your mental fitness comes into play. You must stay strong mentally when times get tough.
When Tyler Perry was sleeping in his car, he was still focused and mentally strong and kept on writing screenplays and creating characters.
When the record labels were dissing Jay Z, he stayed strong mentally and started selling his records in the street.
So just remember: When you are having a craving for that afternoon soda, stay strong! Your body is only as strong as you are mentally. When you're having a tough workout, tell yourself you CAN do it!
Staying mentally sharp as well as working hard will be enable to reach your goals and become the successful person you are supposed to be!

Personal Achievement: The 3 Biggest Barriers to Accomplishment

When Mama is not there to nudge, snap and prod us into doing things, as adults, we need to recognize our barriers and get the 800-pound gorilla out of the room.
Barrier #1 - Procrastination. This is such a huge issue that there is a national day to give people an incentive to change their mindsets and habits. This could be something as simple as cleaning out a closet for the first time in ten years to taking the clothes off the treadmill and using it for the first time in five years. I would like to share some ways to remove this stumbling block.
What to do to move the gorilla out of the room: Make a written list of three things that are keeping you from achievement. Select one item that will take less than eight hours to complete. Make an appointment with yourself for some time during the next week to begin working on it - without outside distractions. At this point you have made a decision and taken the first steps to move the gorilla.
Barrier #2 - Lack of Focus. You have reached the time to begin work on the first thing on your list. You suddenly remember that the car is out of gas and your husband has offered to go to the store for you. When you agreed to take this time to work on one thing on your list, you did not remember that your teenage son and some of his friends would be in the house practicing with their band for an upcoming event. This is not the time to panic; we have all been there at some time.
What to do to move the gorilla out of the room: Text your husband and let him know the car needs fuel. At that point he can determine how to proceed. Next, see if the boys can practice in another area of the house. If not, grab some noise suppressors and focus on your assignment. Use a digital timer to time your work on the project in fifteen-minute segments - no longer. Let's say you have allocated one hour to work on this list item. At the end of 3 fifteen-minute segments, assess progress and clean up, so that at the end of the hour, the work space is de-cluttered. Remember to focus on what you can reasonably accomplish in the amount of time you have allocated.
Barrier #3 - Lack of Consistency. You have completed part of the first project on your list. You get discouraged; it seems that life keeps getting in the way. You feel like you are wasting your time and energy. You have had to reschedule this activity twice since you began.
What to do to move the gorilla out of the room. This is where you ask yourself the tough question "Have I let other things get in the way of getting this done?" If life has truly gotten in the way (serious illness, expected travel, etc.), this is where you revisit your goal and look at what reasonably can be accomplished by a final date that you choose. You re-visit your schedule and pull this down to a fifteen minute exercise every week or every two weeks. When it is feasible, develop longer periods of time on a consistent basis until the project is completed.
What does this process do for you? You have tackled some unpleasant, boring, and frustrating things that stand in the way of your personal achievement. Hint: It does not matter if anyone else thinks this is important or necessary. You have accomplished something that makes you feel proud of yourself and that is all that is necessary. Congratulations! The gorilla has quite simply vanished.
Do you feel like there is an 800 pound gorilla in the room with you, stopping you from creating a lifestyle at home that showcases your success? Would you like to boot him out of the room? One of the best ways to begin is to use personal achievement templates.

The Sign Of Struggle

Temporary failure and struggle happen in conjunction with all real success. All fake success is very easy. Think about this fact for a moment and you know I am right. Chance, gambling and ease, it does not matter how many times you are successful at these, when you lose it will feel bad, and be very good. Because you will have a real chance to win with skill. Skill, cause and effect are the family of concepts that enable achievement. It is not that seeming ease that comes with celebration that is the core of the goal, but the experience gained, win or lose.
We are as happy and joyful as we make up our minds to be. It is the same with sadness and pessimism. That is the real and genuine reality that accompanies the sign of struggle. But yet, do we give a thought to the thought that chance has nothing to do with anything dealing with our feelings and personal realities about situations. Here, in this part of the article, thoughts of Viktor Frankl and his works kind of float through my mind because happiness and sadness about situations are really only personal decisions, not anything set in stone or permanent.
For those who decide not to struggle to really win, life is a prison they cannot wait to die from and nothing more than something they invest in as a job to do for God and existence. I feel sorry for those people who push through just to "get by" instead of "get it" and really enjoy their lives. Well, for them, I say, the ultimate cheater is the person who cheats themselves.
Yes, cheating is not a short cut, as many think. It is the ultimate payment where you get off hard through not experiencing what you have cheated past in reality. Think of the experience gained if you did it honestly. Cheaters want this experience without working for it, they are making the ultimate sacrifice. Especially those cheaters which "get away with it". They are missing out just like an Adam Sandler movie called "Click". As they say, you have to really experience the whole thing for real to understand it fully. That saying may be old, but my readers, it is the honest truth. Living by "big lies" is a bubble of weakness that even a genius cannot win against. On the other hand, the honest genius is the most genuinely potent, effective and dangerous person in existence, he ultimately gets things done. For the sign of genuine struggle is progress and genuinely getting things done and not cheating.

Empowering Your Life With Massive Action

Anthony Robbins once said in his Unleash The Power Within seminar; If YOU WANT to be MASSIVELY SUCCESSFUL in LIFE, YOU MUST take MASSIVE ACTION!
This is one of my favorite motivational quote and I found it to be very true in getting what we want in life.
LIFE is a participating game and never a spectators game! So to win the game in your life, you must participate. However, mere participation in the game will only produce mediocre results and that is why majority of people just drifted through their life and without knowing, they have reach the end of their journey in life!
To live your Life the fullest, you must know what YOU WANT!, Too many people working very hard to get what other people want and not knowing that they want. Tow weeks ago, I did a training for some financial planning consultants and asked a simple question on WHAT DO YOU WANT IN LIFE? You can see some of the blank stare in their eyes! There is a saying, If you do not know what you want, you will always get things you do not want! Think about it!
Everyone want to be successful in life. And some want to be MASSIVELY SUCCESSFUL. But when asked what is SUCCESS to them, many will not be able to give a very specific answer. Most will equate their SUCCESS with accumulation of lots of money. There is not denial that in today society, many see rich people as successful people. But money is just a tool toward success and should not be consider success it self. To fully enjoy your life the fullest, you must first define What and when will you be consider SUCCESSFUL yourself?not what other consider you successful! It boils down to WHAT DO YOU WANT IN LIFE?
When you have determined What you want in life? The next logical question will be, What are you going to do in order to get what you want? Many people will be toying with the ideas for a while, every excited, enthusiastic and motivated; but when when reality seep, the things that you wanted and the daily chores and works compete with your time and energy, you gave up and retreat back to the comfort zone. If you have watched Star War, when Luke Skywalker was using his force to lift the sunk plane, he said he would try. But the Yoda master said, There is NO TRY, just Do! And if you want to be Massively Successful, YOU MUST do what ever it takes in order to get what you want!
YOU MUST take MASSIVE ACTION! In Get The Edge series, Tony explained that taking Massive Action need not be doing lots of hard work, rather, you MUST be able to do things in a different way, map you plan, change your strategy toward getting what you want! Self-Empowerment Strategies to Overcome Social Isolation

Social isolation and disengagement are becoming epidemic in our society and there seems to be little hope of this trend abating in the near future. The reasons for this are mixed and somewhat complex, however, the outcome is clearer: people who are isolated are not fully enjoying the fruits of living in this "land of plenty" and are denied one of the most fundamental needs for survival - the opportunity to have fellowship and belonging with others. Some writers differentiate between being isolated and choosing disengagement, the former being a result of forces beyond one's control and the latter a choice.
Whatever the distinctions between the sources of isolation, it is just as potent, and as potentially catastrophic, to those in both groups. As a domain of personal power, social isolation and disengagement have serious implications. The realm of collective or social identity is a cornerstone of empowerment and isolation from the social or collective aspect can unravel the whole network of supports required to achieve or maintain personal power. You have likely experienced isolation at various times in your own life. The experience is routinely reported as being unpleasant and alienating. Those forcibly separated or stranded from human contact are often on a fast track to mental and emotional collapse. Those who live among us, and are still socially isolated, fare little better and likely feel even lonelier than those forced into separation from the mainstream.
If you suffer from isolation, whatever the cause, it is important to become fully aware of what it is doing to you and take steps to remedy this condition. According to a recent review of a study by Brummet, Dr James House of University of Michigan affirms that social isolation is hazardous to health and often deadly. The article provides another confirmation, recognized in research over the previous 20 25 years, of the deleterious effects on health of social isolation. Social isolation has been shown to contribute to higher mortality, especially among medically vulnerable groups of individuals. As some attribute one of the chief sources of anxiety to isolation, it is notable that anxiety is linked to physical health problems such as asthma, irritable bowel syndrome, ulcers, inflammatory bowel disease, and coronary heart disease.
As anxiety levels increase, the quality of life potentially decreases, particularly for untreated anxiety. Some compare the risk associated with social isolation to those of cigarette smoking and other major biomedical and psychosocial risk factors. Isolated individuals report fewer interactions with others, fewer sources of psychological/emotional and instrumental support, and lower levels of religious activity; however, once the deficiency was removed, adding additional relationships to a social network did not produce substantial or significant increases in health and well-being. This suggests that those most profoundly affected by isolation gain the most with the least intervention. Whether a person has regular interaction with family members, friends or other groups seems less important than that the person has one or more of these social ties.
In other studies, social disconnectedness has been found to be a contributing cause for the increase of anxiety levels among the general population. With increased divorce rates and more people living alone; some suggest that interpersonal trust has become a large problem in this country. Some writers, across disciplines, suggest that the idea of individualism in American culture may be contributing to these changes: "Our greater autonomy may lead to increased challenges and excitement, but it also leads to greater isolation from others, more threats to our bodies and minds, and thus higher levels of free-floating anxiety" according to Twenge. The fact that traditional social institutions and networks don't supply the same levels of social support as in earlier generations is certainly a consideration.
Fewer people turn to church or other networks to meet their social or material needs. Some studies suggest that for many families, the only social institution retaining any importance is the workplace, with employees turning to this network to meet most or all of their social and material needs. While family and community are not exactly disintegrating as some suggest, they are changing in radical new ways. There is a strong relationship between the experience of emotional neglect in childhood and feelings of social isolation or loneliness in adulthood. This may change as individuals adapt to unconventional lifestyles and childhood "neglect" becomes the norm, but not anytime soon.
Many commentators believe that a feeling of belongingness and closeness in communities would likely impact the incidence of isolation; however, the community is not a reliable agent to reach out to the disconnected and disenfranchised. As community empowerment is still just a catch-phrase in most areas, self-empowerment strategies are the only reliable means for each individual to attain some level of connectedness and combat their own isolation.
Self-Empowerment Strategies
Self empowerment means taking your power, so you will have to act powerfully, that is, you will have to start by pushing against your own self-imposed limitations, however, this gets easier the further you progress. Getting started is always the hardest part! Start slow, and you will be amazed at your own accomplishments in no time - just be sure to start. Here is a list of suggestions, somewhat in their order of increasing intensity and exposure to social stressors.
1) You can start on the computer - what a great instrument for connecting people. If you're reading this, you are already starting, you obviously have the skills. Google an online group or community that would have some compelling interest for you. If you're into movies, look for a chat room or forum concerning movies and start getting involved. You can start by saying you haven't been able to get out for a while and you'd appreciate any tips on what's hot at the cinema and let it go from there. You get the idea. One or several of these contacts could turn into a real-life encounter. Maybe the local chapter goes to a movie together once a month, or has a party - here's your chance to venture out a little.
2) Take the idea of common interest a step further. Most communities are full of opportunities to get together, face-to-face, with like-minded souls. It's much easier if you have things in common. Whatever your passion is, make finding an appropriate group that shares it your priority. A casual meeting is probably the best place to start. That will likely develop into other opportunities and friendships, but start not too far out of your comfort zone. Whether it's rock climbing, amateur dramatics, ceramics or speaking Spanish, you'll find courses and clubs in your area (see your local paper or adult education centre for more details). What's more, you'll automatically have a common interest with the people you meet. This is new territory, take it somewhat slow - but take it! volunteering is a good option for a lot of folks as it not only gives structure to your people encounters, it takes the focus off of you and puts it on whoever the recipients of your volunteer efforts may be.
3) Consider a support group or self-help group. If the previous steps are too overwhelming, then you certainly qualify. There are a number of self-help groups that would be appropriate for the symptoms and issues associated with social isolation. Emotions Anonymous, or any other appropriate 12 step program can be a powerful resource to help you transition from isolation to active social involvement. If even this seems to daunting, a paid group therapeutic experience may be the answer. This is a totally safe and protected group activity that would help you gain enough strength to then transition to a self-help group model and from there - the sky's the limit.
4) Establish your "social identity". This is about deriving strength and power from the meaningful groups of which you're a part. Involvement in groups, relationships, partnerships that give depth and meaning to your life are critical. You will have to do some in-depth self examination here to find out where you fit. Throw your fears to the wind and imagine, if you could be involved with any group, organizations or set of individuals in the entire world - who would they be? Then go about making it a reality. Maybe you really want to be part of an academic community - OK - it's yours for the taking. Break the process up into small, manageable pieces. We call that partialization in the mental health business.
5) If you already have a social life of sorts, but simply don't choose to be active with it for whatever reason, you can try altering your usual routines such as meeting friends straight from work/college rather than going home first; try some different activities like museums and galleries, or coffee shops. You can schedule attending events or courses in advance, activities you can't back out of at the last minute. If you really can't make it out, invite friends over or have a conference call with them. You can have an impromptu gathering by asking guests to bring something to contribute like music, food, drink and films.
6) You may be one of the unfortunates who suffer from a true social anxiety disorder or social phobia. If you suspect this is the case, get evaluated and if necessary, get medical intervention. Medication may be appropriate for some who just can't make the changes otherwise. Even a short-term regimen could be beneficial. Some studies suggest reduced dopamine levels contribute to social isolation and the some of the newer antidepressants can address this rather effectively.
7) Feed your spirit - whatever that means to you. For many of us, developing that inner strength, or connecting to a bigger energy source, gives us the motivation and desire to move forward. Some simple spiritual ideas: "I'm not in this alone"; "only unrealistic fears hold me back" and "the universe wants me to be fulfilled". These are simple affirmations that can hold great power and help us get into action. Write your own if these don't work. The point is that it is our old negative ideas that are the real obstacle in most cases. Seed your conscious with new positive ideas and watch yourself take off. These will also speak to your lack of confidence and esteem which play havoc with a social identity and social life. Start to emphasize your positive qualities and learn to appreciate what others admire in you; work those into your affirmations.
8) If you have the stomach for it, you can also utilize your online skills to find a date or companion. It is a rather anonymous way to break the ice and begin to build some rapport, resulting in, hopefully, a face-to-face. Traditional dating agencies are also still on the scene and can make the experience a little safer as well. The way to think of these experiences is a practice run for what will eventually be "the real thing". We often over exaggerate the significance of a date or encounter with another as something that we have to make work. Try to just have the experience, however it goes, and learn from it. There is no timetable to find your mate and settle in. However, you do need to spend time with others and this is a perfectly acceptable way to do that.
Good luck, add to this list as you move forward. In time, the activities involved in breaking your social isolation won't be something you're working on but something you're looking forward to.

How To Live A Positive Life

There is a beautiful tune sung by Alison Kraus titled - A Living Prayer and although it is quite beautiful it speaks of the essence of life lived through Love. There is a voice within each of us that desires to be heard and when we finally make the approach to listen our life is transformed.
Why is it so hard to appreciate positivity while accepting all the negativity in the world as gospel according to certain ungracious individuals and corporations? Take a leap of faith right now and know that you can live the life of your dreams by making a positive decision.
When you decide - follow it up with action as spontaneously as possible if not sooner because the quicker you reciprocate with the decision the sooner you shall see results. Go for it and reap rewards. I decide is a very powerful rhythm that eases music into your veins, welcomes the orchestra of the universe and then the chorus sings harmoniously lifting your spirits so graciously that negativity slips out of the lights and into oblivion.
There is only one decision to make and that is to embrace LOVE - pure unconditional Love and then the curtain rises and the stage is set for the career of your life with you as the primary lead. Imagine being the lead in the best blockbuster ever filmed?
I have something to tell you here and that is you are in that film and it is about time you faced the cameras and began living your part as a living prayer. No one can take it away from you but you yourself. No one can rob it from you, tarnish it or even embellish it with nonsensical formulas because you are in charge. After all you are the lead, the writer and the director except for one important relevant inclusion.
You are not alone. I am not alone. We are not alone.
I love working with teams especially when their entire purpose is to recognise that it the talents of the team that bring out the best in me. Yes, while I am in the lead it takes the teamwork of the universe helpers to effectively create the masterpiece of life that is my very own blockbuster.
Living within the tantrums of current modes of behaviour leaves me open to discrepancies and limitations. Why am I doing that to my own blockbuster? Do I now believe I am worthy of immense success?
Yes I do!
My decision then is to say quite passionately and with confidence that 'I DECIDE' from this moment forth to begin to live my own living prayer and not be side tracked by the prayers of others. The universe has an agreement with each human that when we realise our true potential and follow through with making those few words easily heard with focused determination all assistance will arrive.
'I Decide', 'I am Deciding', and as many more as you can conceive with passion will be foundations to your LIVING PRAYER manifesting in reality and the cinema of your life will add a new blockbuster to its stream of accolades with your name written in big lights. How magical eh? Go for it! Namaste!
if you think you can, then you shall,
if you believe you will then you will find.
if you know you shall then life comes to you with abundance to match your commitment.
saying 'I decide' is the recipe to transform your life. Now the rest is up to you.
